Michael Hanke dc8253c7f1 Add taxonomy for funding periods This allows for associating any entity with the respective funding period, which enables an automatic funding-period-specific overview of the TRR379 at, e.g., https://www.trr379/funding-periods/fp1/ The terms are not used anywhere yet, because everything is FP1 at this point.
