It's probably a good idea to hide sections that have no content, unless there is some importance tied to a specific field. I think the dataset name should be fixed in the data rather than introducing show/hide logic there. But IMO the Description, Keywords and Properties can be hidden if they have no content.

Then an open question for me is, should the content and subdatasets tabs be hidden if they have no content?
