The workflows in this repo do use the orinoco tooling (dump-things-pyclient & query-things), but they also use custom tooling from q02/pool-publication-page. It is desired to converge on the orinoco tooling.

  • Replace filters/enrich-via-doi with an enricher that submits to the Pool #40
  • Replace filters/join-associations.py usage with orinoco counterpart #41
  • Replace filters/infer-site.py #42
  • Switch to Jinja renderers #43
  • Use orinoco/flow prep-metadata-query #44
  • Evaluate register-depictions workflow #45
