Temporary fix for required:true identifier:true linkml issue ... 6541791b62

This change uses the shacl-vue config option 'update_shapes_default' to
temporarily set the 'sh:minCount: 1' annotation on all pid property shapes.

This is because the shacl export of the latest linkml v1.11.1 excludes that
annotation. The reason that it is excluded, or more specifically whether that
reason is correct, is not fully clear to me yet. Until that becomes clear, we
can keep this custom bandaid, so that pid fields remain required in shacl-vue
forms

updated config to match latest shacl-vue capabilities; updated template to match schema 244afd4acd
