fd525fa1b9 Bring up to date with latest shacl-vue state 
- Update state handling between form data and graph data
- Fix faulty association class selection for 'InstancesSelectEditor'
- Fix 'NodeShapeViewer' update issue
- Completely remove rdf-isomorphic functionality
- Fix duplication issues related to structurally identical blank nodes
- Multi-component update to improve handling+display of blank node records
- Major upgrade to 'InstancesSelectEditor' to deal with blank nodes
