To lower the barriers for TRR379 members to contribute to infrastructure, documentation, and website content, this PR introduces a new "Contributing" section. Specificially:

  • There is a new guide for contributing to the docs.
  • The website editing workflow has been moved to the Contributing section.
  • Office Hours are now highlighted on the Communication Channels page to make them more prominently advertised on the docs site.
