This PR introduces some edits to try to improve the clarity and readability of the how-to page for submitting the DFG survey, namely by:

• Adding and editing slightly the linked glossary terms (see also https://hub.psychoinformatics.de/abcd-j/documentation-snippets/pulls/2)
• Using boxes to highlight important pieces of information
• Differentiating between local saves and submission to the server in the instructions
• Other minor grammatical fixes for clarity/accessibility

One other idea I was thinking of (but wasn't sure of the best contact to use), was to add a mailto: or other link to "TRR379 management team" in:
